Terms & Conditions – Evntori

Welcome to Evntori (“Evntori”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Evntori website, mobile application, and rental services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Evntori, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

 

1. Definitions

• User refers to anyone using the Platform.
• Renter refers to a user who rents an item/property/service through Evntori.
• Host/Owner refers to a user who lists an item/property for rent on Evntori.
• Booking means a confirmed reservation made through the Platform.
• Listing refers to an item/property available for rent.

 

2. About Evntori

Evntori is a rental platform that enables Hosts to list items/properties and Renters to browse, book, and rent them. Evntori may provide payment processing, booking management, communication tools, and customer support.

 

3. Eligibility

By using Evntori, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your location).
• You have the authority to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You will use the Platform for lawful purposes only.

 

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Evntori is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

 

5. Listings & Availability

5.1 Listing Accuracy

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all listing information (pricing, photos, description, and availability) is accurate and up to date.

5.2 Availability

Availability shown on the Platform may change at any time. Evntori does not guarantee that a listing will remain available until booking is confirmed.

 

6. Booking & Rental Process

6.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when payment is completed (if applicable) and a booking confirmation is generated by Evntori.

6.2 Rental Duration

Renters must return the rented item/property on or before the agreed end time/date. Late returns may result in additional charges.

 

7. Pricing, Fees & Payments

7.1 Rental Price

Prices shown on the Platform may include base rental fee, taxes, service fees, security deposit (if applicable), and add-ons (delivery, insurance, etc.).

7.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the payment provider.

7.3 Security Deposit

Some rentals may require a security deposit. If damage, loss, or policy violations occur, the deposit may be partially or fully withheld.

 

8. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund rules may vary depending on the listing and Host’s cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellation fees may apply.
• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time depends on the bank/payment provider.

Evntori reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in cases of misuse or fraud.

 

9. Host Responsibilities

• Provide accurate listing information.
• Ensure rented items/properties are safe, clean, and as described.
• Deliver the item/property in usable condition.
• Communicate promptly with Renters regarding booking updates.

Hosts must comply with local laws, licensing, and tax obligations.

 

10. Renter Responsibilities

• Use the rental item/property responsibly and only for intended purposes.
• Follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the Host.
• Return the item/property in the same condition (reasonable wear and tear allowed).
• Not sub-rent or transfer the booking without permission.

Renters may be held liable for damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning costs, and late return fees.

 

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use Evntori for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Provide false identity information.
• Damage or misuse rental items.
• Post offensive, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform.

Evntori may suspend or permanently ban accounts violating these rules.

 

12. Damage, Loss & Disputes

If a dispute arises between Host and Renter regarding damage, loss, or service issues:

• Users should first attempt to resolve it directly.
• Evntori may review the case and request supporting evidence (photos, invoices, messages, etc.).
• Evntori’s decision will be final based on the evidence available.

Evntori is not responsible for guaranteeing outcomes in disputes but may assist as a mediator.

 

13. Insurance & Liability

Evntori may offer optional protection plans or insurance (if applicable). However, coverage is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

 

14. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Evntori available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

 

15. Intellectual Property

All content on Evntori (logos, branding, UI design, text, and software) is owned by Evntori or licensed to us.

 

16. User Content

If you submit content (photos, reviews, messages, listing details), you grant Evntori a worldwide, royalty-free right to use it.

You confirm your content does not violate third-party rights.

 

17. Termination

Evntori may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

 

18. Disclaimer

Evntori provides the Platform on an “as-is” basis.

 

19. Limitation of Liability

Evntori’s total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the user on the Platform in the last 30 days.

 

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

 

21. Governing Law
